Hello! I am Kayla Pepper and this is my first year teaching at Bethlehem Christian Academy, one of the K-4 teachers. I am much honored to be a part of such wonderful teachers, students, and staff. Even though I have only been here a short period time, I already see the passion from the teachers within these walls.
I attended Woodmont High school and went on to graduate from USC Upstate, where I earned my degree in Elementary Education. Working with children has always been a strong passion of mines and I am grateful to have the opportunity to reach out to the students of the best school in the nation.
I was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. I have lived in Simpsonville, South Carolina since the age of 15. I know the positive impact that one teacher can have on a student. Knowing that I have made a difference in a child's life is the most rewarding experience for me.
My parents, Tony and Theresa are wonderful. They are my motivation. I have one younger sibling, my little brother, Tony. My brother is a freshman at Woodmont High School. Whenever I get a chance, I love to lie in my bed and read a good book. "Live every day like it is your last" are words of wisdom that I try to live by.
