Financial Responsibility

Dear Parents,

Thank you for placing your trust in the faculty and staff of Bethlehem Christian Academy by allowing us to educate your most valuable gift, your child.

We are delighted to inform you that Bethlehem Christian Academy has a new policy concerning tuition; this is a new requirement. This is not an increase in the Academy's tuition. Parents will now have the opportunity to:

  • Save time and write fewer checks
  • Review accounts online
  • Save on postage
  • Receive no late charges

    We will be utilizing an electronic system called FACTS (this is a financial management company) for billing tuition, material fees, field trips, afterschool, etc. This system is very reliable, and is used by many other Christian schools in the Greenville area. To learn more about FACTS please visit www.factsmgt.com.

    Parents may log onto FACTS and begin payments on July 1, 2010.

    Tution Fees
    Weekly: Member: $120.00 | Non-Member: $130.00 | Kindergarten Member $125 | Kindergarten Non-Member $135
    Monthly: Member: $504.00 | Non-Member: $546.00 | Kindergarten Member: $525 | Kindergarten Non-Member $567
    Annually: Member: $5,040.00 | Non-Member: $5,460.00 | Kindergarten Member $5,250 | Kindergarten Non-Member $5,460
    Tuition fees are based on 42 weeks or 10 months (Holidays included)
    Tuition Discount:
    Tuition for 2 or more children receive a 10% reduction on the oldest child's tuition

    Registration:
    Members $125.00
    Non Members $135.00

    Material Fees:
    $50 per Quarter or $200 per year + $41 FACTS processing fee

    Due dates per quarter:
    Sept. 1, 2010
    Nov. 1, 2010
    Jan. 1, 2011
    May 1, 2011

    Meals:
    Breakfast $1.50/day or $7.50 weekly
    Lunch $2.20/day or $11.00 weekly

  • Two weeks tuition (two weeks arrears) must be paid in advance.
  • BCA uses FACTS for all financial reporting.
