Step II:
Call The Office To Schedule A Tour Of Bethlehem Christian Academy's Outstanding Facilities.
Step IIi:
Submit The Following Information To The Church
Office And Indicate The Grade Level Of The Student.

Weekly Tuition
Copy Of South Carolina Certificate Of Immunization Record
Copy Of Birth Certificate
Copy Of Social Security Card
Standardized Testing (Past Two Years) For 2nd And 3rd Grades
Report Cards (Past Two Years) For 2nd And 3rd Grades
Step IV:
Placement Testing May Be Required For Students Entering Grades One, Two & Three.

Final Interview
Medical Report/ Release Form
Computer Use Contract
Consent For Use Of Photographs
